German-French Relations

Dr. Thomas Hieber advises private individuals and undertakings from France and other French-speaking countries on all legal issues concerning their economic activities on the German market, e.g. the establishment of branches, drafting of contracts, etc. In the same vein, we support German undertakings willing to enter the French market.

The German-French relations are part of our DNA. Dr. Thomas Hieber is one of very few lawyers who has received a comprehensive legal training both in France and Germany. Thus, he is particularly familiar with the legal, economic and cultural specificities of both countries and the challenges involved.

Cross-border legal disputes

Dr. Thomas Hieber advises and represents French undertakings in cross-border legal disputes before German courts, in particular before the French-speaking chambers of the Regional Court of Saarbrücken.
